Here at Solid Gold Online, we do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders have approx. a 24-48 business hour processing time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) unless further verification is needed. To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Paypal as your payment method. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (24-48 business hours). Sizing and customization may require longer period of time in handling.
